To vessels or vehicles which are not subject to mandatory registration in national registers may be used in the borderland inland waters having a determined external border, they must be registered by the State Border Guard.
State Border Guard shall be issued to persons of a permanent or fixed-term registration certificate.
Permanent registration certificate without a time limit shall be issued if the shipping agent or owner of a vehicle (possessor) in the borderland has declared place of residence or owns immovable property in the borderland.
The term specified in the application for registration certificate shall be issued by the time, but not more than one year, the person if it wants to use for fishing vessel or vehicle, fishing, swimming or other activities in inland waters having a determined external border for a specific time.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    In order to receive a permanent registration certificate, the shipping agent or owner of a vehicle (driver), which the borderland has declared place of residence or owns immovable property in the borderland, shall submit a submission to the State Border Guard territorial unit of the receipt of the certificate of registration of an independent unit.
    In order to acquire a term of a vessel or registration certificate, owner of a vehicle (manager) who wants to use for fishing vessel or vehicle, fishing, swimming or other activities in inland waters having a determined external border for a period of time, the territorial unit of the State Border Guard shall submit an application to obtain the certificate of registration of limited duration.
