On Wednesday the 30th of October, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 27 offenders at external borders and within the country.

16 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner with forged documents was detected

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia leaving Riga for Moscow with forged French border stamp marks in her passport, was detected. Criminal proceedings were initiated for the use of forged documents.

1 non-citizen of Latvia, who is on the police wanted list, was detained

While carrying out check on passengers list, at the Riga Passenger Port 1 non-citizen of Latvia, entered Latvia from Sweden, who is on the Police wanted list, was detected. The man, born in 1986, was detained and handed over to the State Police officers.

2 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid travel document. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners

At the Terehova and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 3 citizens of Kirgizstan and 1 - of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. The persons were subject to administrative liability.

1 non-citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the country

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 non-citizen of Latvia (female), who was not in possession of valid travel document, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 persons - 3 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Tajikistan, 1 - of Georgia and 1 - of Uzbekistan.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 4 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Russia, 1 - of Latvia and 1 - of Belarus.
