On Saturday the 30th of November, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 19 offenders at external borders and within the country.

10 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

5 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Syria was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit; 1 - citizen of Ukraine was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country and he was not in possession of sufficient means of subsistence to visit the Schengen states, as well as 2 citizens of Georgia and 1 - of Moldova were refused entry into the country, as the foreigners have a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 2 foreigners

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus and 1 - of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the citizens of Russia was not commenced.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons - 2 citizens of Estonia and 1 - of Lithuania.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 6 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Belarus and 1 - of Russia.
