On Friday the 29th of November, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 24 offenders at external borders and within the country.

16 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

1 foreigner with forged documents was detected

At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Kirgizstan leaving Latvia by truck, who presented forged Lithuanian International Vehicle Insurance Policy, was detected. The person was subject to administrative liability.

1 citizen of Latvia, who is on the police wanted list, was detained

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Uzbekistan entered Latvia from Tashkent, who is on the Police wanted list, was detected. The man, born in 1996, was detained and handed over to the State Police officers.

2 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia was refused entry into the country, as the foreigner has already resided on the territory of Schengen member states for 90 days within the previous 180-day period. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 6 foreigners

At the Terehova and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 2 citizens of Russia, 1 - of Ukraine, 1 - of Belarus, 1 - of Uzbekistan and 1 - of Pakistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, exceeded the period of stay of the visa-free regime), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the citizens of Belarus, Pakistan and 1 citizen of Russia was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.

1 citizen of Latvia was refused exit from the country

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia (female), who was not in possession of valid travel document, was detected. The person was refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 1 citizen of India.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Belarus, 2 - of Russia, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Kazakhstan and 1 - of Romania.
