On Wednesday the 14th of November, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 23 offenders at external borders and within the country.
11 trespassers were detected at external borders, including: violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners. At the Silene, the Pāternieki and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 2 citizens of Belarus, 1 - of Russia and 1 - of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, exceeded the period of stay of the visa-free regime), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the citizen of Russia was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 5 persons - 2 citizens of Estonia, 2 - of Russia and 1 - of Ukraine
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 7 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 2 citizens of Latvia, 1 - of France, 1 - of Russia, 1 - of Estonia, 1 - of Belarus and 1 - of Finland.
