On Thursday the 6th of May, 2021 the State Border Guard's officials detected 31 offenders at external borders and within the country.
6 trespassers were detected at external borders, including
- 3 persons with forged documents were detected
During imigration control, in Rucava district 3 citizens of Latvia with forged Covid-19 tests were detected . Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the person. Person were subject to administrative liability.
- Violations of resident conditions was detected to 1 foreigner
At the Airport “Rīga” Border Control Points 1 citizen of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (the period of stay specified in the visa has been exceeded), was detected. Person was subject to administrative liability.
While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 19 persons – 5 citizens of Lithuania, 4 – of Russia, 4 – of Poland, 3 – of Latvia, 1 – of Estonia, 1 – of Romania and 1 – of China.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 6 persons were subjected to administrative liability or was refused to cross the border by officials of the State Boarder Guard – 2 citizens of Belarus, 2 – of Ukrain, 1 – of Latvia and 1 – of Kyrgyzstan.
