At the Vientuli Border Control Point 1 non-citizen of Latvia, exited from Latvia, and at the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia, entered from London, and who are on the police wanted list, were detected. The men, born in 1963 and 1996 were detained and handed over to State Police officers.At the Zilupe, Grebneva and Airport "Riga" Border Control Point 3 citizens of Russia and 1 - of Moldova were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. Persons were returned to the countries of exit.At the Airport "Riga" Border Control Point 1 citizen of Afganistan and 1 - of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence (residence after expiry of residence permit indicated in visa, absence of valid visa or residence permit) in Schengen countries. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by citizen of Afganistan was not commenced, citizen of Uzbekistan was subjected to administrative liability.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons - 1 citizen of Lithuania, 1 - of Estonia and 1 - of Latvia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Lithuania, 3 - of Russia, 2 - of Belarus, 2 - of Estonia and 1 - of Latvia.
