At the Grebneva Border Control Point 1 citizen of Ukrain was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, at the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country, while in Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Moldova was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has a ban to enter into and stay in the territory of the Schengen Area. Persons were returned to the countries of exit.At the Terehova and Airport "Riga" Border Control Point 2 citizens of Russia and 1 - of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (absence of valid visa or residence permit), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by persons were not commenced.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 2 citizens of Lithuania.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 14 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 5 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Kyrgyzstan, 2 - of Ukrain, 1 - of Latvia, 1 - of Estonia, 1 - of Rumania, 1 - of Bulgaria and 1 - of Belarus.
