On Monday the 25th of June, 2018 the State Border Guard's officials detected 34 offenders at external borders and within the country.

18 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

• 6 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Pāternieki Border Control Point 6 citizens of Ukraine were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country. The persons were returned to the exit country.

• Violations of resident conditions were detected to 4 foreigners

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 2 citizens of Kazakhstan, 1 - of Peru and 1 holder of a travel document of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa, were not in possession of valid visas or residence permits), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the holder of a travel document of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.

• 1 Latvian citizen was refused exit from Latvia

At the Pāternieki Border Control Point 1 minor citizen of Latvia, who was not in possession of notarially certified agreement of the second parent for her independent travelling outside Latvia, was detected. The person was refused exit from Latvia.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 3 persons - 2 citizens of Lithuania and 1 - of Russia.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Russia, 3 - of Latvia, 3 - of Belarus, 2 - of Estonia and 1 - of Argentina.
