On Monday, 29 July State Border Guard officials at the external border within the country detected 47 offenders.
At the external border 36 offenders were detected, including:
Entry in to Latvia was denied to 4 foreigners At Teherovas, Silenes and Pāternieku Border Control Points entry in to Latvia was denied to one Belorussian and 3 Russian citizens, because had not have valid visa or residence permit. Persons were returned to the country of departure.
At Teherovas, Pāternieku and "Riga" airport Border Control Points detected 5 Russian, 2 Ukraine, one Moldavia and 3 Uzbekistan citizens which was violated residence regulations in the territory of Schengen state (exceeded the stay period indicated in visa, exceeded visa free the duration of stay under the regime or had not have valid visa or residence permit.) Administrative proceeding in administrative violation case were not initiated to 3 Russian citizens, other persons were subjected to administrative liability.
At Teherovas, Zilupes and "Riga" airport Border Control Points detected 2 Latvian and one Lithuanian citizen, who did not have a valid travel document. Persona are denied to exit from Latvia.
Immigration control measures inside the country, violations of entry and stay regulations were detected to 5 persons - one Finnish citizen, one Ukraine, one Uzbekistan, one Swedish citizen and one Estonia citizen.
Within framework of vehicles and vessels operations the State Border Guard officials for violations was called to administrative liability 6 persons - 2 Belorussian, 1 Russian, Czech citizen, one Uzbekistan and one Latvian citizen.
