On Saturday, 20 July State Border Guard officials at the external border within the country detected 36 offenders.
At the external borders 21 offenders were detected, including:
• Detected 2 persons with forged documents
Grebņevas Border Control Point detected 1 Iranian citizen with false Bulgarian International Motor Insurance, meanwhile at Teherovas Border Control Point 1 German citizen was found with a forged Rumanian driving license. Against to the citizen of Iranian the decision to initiate administrative procceeding after LAPK 149.24 article 2, second paragraph. Meanwhile, agains to the German citizen have been began a criminal proceedings to the used a false document.
• Entry into Latvia was denied 4 foreigners
At Grebņevas and Pāternieku Border Control Points entry to Latvia was denied to the 3 Russian citizens, because they had not have valid visa or residence premit, meanwile in „Riga" airport Border Control Point entry to the country was denied 1 Ukraina cetezen, because for foreigner has a ban to subject entering and staying in the territory of the Schengen area. Persones were returned to the country of departure.
• Breach of the stay requirements identifiet to 2 foreigners
At Terehovas and Pāternieku Border Control Points detected 1 Georgian and 1Belorussian citizen which was violated residence regulations in the territory of Schengen state (didn't have valid visa or residence premit). The persons has been called to the administrative liability.
• Exit from the country denied to 1 Latvian citizen
At „Riga"airport Border Control Point detected 1 Latvian citizen was not valid travel documentdue to change of surname. Persone are denied to exit from Latvia.
Within the farmwork of vheicels and sessles operations, the State Border Guard officials detected offenses commited by 15 persons - 4 Russian, 4 Belorussian, 3 Latvian, 1 Moldova, 1 German, 1 Estonia and 1 Ukrain citizen.
