On Monday the 15th of July, 2019 the State Border Guard's officials detected 53 offenders at external borders and within the country.

37 trespassers were detected at external borders, including:

12 foreigners were refused entry into Latvia

At the Zilupe and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 1 citizen of Russia, 1 - of Kazakhstan and 9 - of Nigeria were refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigners were not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. While at the Pededze Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner has already resided on the territory of Schengen member states for 90 days within the previous 180-day period. The persons were returned to the exit countries.

Violations of resident conditions were detected to 10 foreigners

At the Pāternieki and the "Riga" Airport Border Control Points 3 citizens of Belarus, 2 - of Russia, 1 - of Kazakhstan, 2 - of Uzbekistan, 1 -of Azerbaijan and 1 - of Ukraine, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), were detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by 1 citizen of Kazakhstan was not commenced, the other persons were subject to administrative liability.

3 citizens of Latvia were refused exit from the country

At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 2 minor citizens of Latvia, who were not in possession of at least one parent's agreement for their independent travelling outside Latvia, as well as 1 citizen (female) of Latvia, who was not in possession of valid travel document, were detected. The persons were refused exit from the country.

While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 6 persons - 2 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Estonia, 1 - of Lithuania and 1 - of USA.

For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 10 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 3 citizens of Belarus, 2 - of Russia, 2 - of Germany, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Latvia and 1 - of Georgia.
