At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia entered from London, who is on the police wanted list, was detected. The man, born in 1988, was detained and handed over to the State Police officers.At the Silene Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus (woman) was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit. The person was returned to the exit country.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Uzbekistan, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (exceeded the period of stay laid down in a visa), was detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by the citizen of Uzbekistan was not commenced.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 6 persons - 4 citizens of Lithuania, 1 - of Estonia and 1 stateless person.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 13 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 7 citizens of Russia, 3 - of German, 2 - of Latvia and 1 - of Belarus.
