At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Latvia, entered from London and 1 citizen of United Kingdom, exiting to Dublin who is on the police wanted list, were detected. The men, born in 1982 and 1979, were detained and handed over to the State Police officers.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Moldova was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country. The person was returned to the exit countries.At the Silene, Paternieki and "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus, 1 - of Moldova and 1 - Russia, who violated the conditions of residence (residence after expiry of residence permit indicated in visa, absence of valid visa or residence permit) in Schengen countries. Proceeding against citizen of Russia has not been commenced, the other persons were subjected to administrative liability.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 9 persons - 4 citizens of Lithuania, 2 - of Estonia, 2 - of Russia and 1 - of Latvia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 12 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Belarus, 3 - of Estinia, 2 - of Latvia, 1 - of Lithuania, 1 - of Russia and 1 - of Germany.
