At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner was not in possession of valid visa or residence permit, while at the Paternieki Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country. Persons were returned to the countries of exit.At the Grebneva Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (absence of valid visa or residence permit), was detected. Record-keeping regarding administrative violations committed by citizen of Russia was not commenced.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 7 persons - 2 citizens of Lithuania, 2 - of Estonia, 2 - of Russia and 1 - of Ukrain.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 15 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Latvia, 3 - of Russia, 3 - of Lithuania, 3 - of Estonia, 1 - of Belarus and 1- of Ukrain.
