At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Belarus, leaving Latvia by lorry, was detained for use of forged Belarus driving licence. The criminal proceedings were initiated for the use of forged documents. The man, born in 1982, was arrested and places at the State Police Short - term Detention Center.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point 1 citizen of Georgia was refused entry into Latvia, as the foreigner could not justify the purpose and conditions of entry into and stay in the country. Person was returned to the countries of exit.At the Terehova Border Control Point 1 citizen of Russia, who violated the conditions of residence in the territory of the Schengen states (absence of valid visa or residence permit), was detected. Person was subjected to administrative liability.At the "Riga" Airport Border Control Point has been detected 1 citizen of Latvia without valid travel document. Departure from country has been refused for the mentioned person.While carrying out immigration control measures within the country violations of entry or residence conditions were detected to 8 persons - 5 citizens of Russia, 2 - of Estonia and 1 stateless person of Estonia.
For violation of terms and conditions in the field of operation of vehicles and vessels 15 persons were subjected to administrative liability by officials of the State Boarder Guard of Latvia - 4 citizens of Latvia, 4 -of Russia, 2 - of Germany, 2 - of Estonia, 2 - of Belarus and 1 - of Ukrain.
