13 border offenders have been identified at the external borders, including:

- One third-country national is denied entry to Latvia
Entry to Latvia of one Kazakh national was denied at the border inspection post of Grebtneva because the foreigner did not have a valid visa or residence permit. . The person has been returned to the country of exit.
- Infringements of residence conditions have been detected for three foreigners
The border inspection post of Terehova and Grebneva identified one Azerbaijani and two Russian nationals who had violated the conditions of residence (over the duration of the visa stay) in the Schengen area. . Persons are held to administrative responsibility.
In the framework of immigration control measures within the country, infringements of the entry or residence rules have been identified for three persons, one Israeli, one Uzbek and one citizen of Nepal.
Officials of the State Border Guard have called for administrative responsibility or refused to cross the border with eight persons – five Belarusian, one Azerbaijani, one Ukrainian and one Lithuanian citizen.
